Wide-Angle Stun is a blog where I can explore AI applications including art, music and more while I recovered from a stroke (see “MY BLOG” for more).
The name and logo inspiration for Wide-Angle Stun is simple: It’s a “Star Trek: The Original Series” reference to a phaser II setting, quite simply the ultimate sci-fi prop.
I worked as a U.S. military journalist right out of high school and then I returned to civilian life at the Tampa Tribune (news reporter, copy editor and page designer). Also, I became a freelance graphic designer on the side.
INTEREST
Music (industrial, dark electro, EBM, synth pop, 80s) and one of the founders of CommunionAfterDark.com. I enjoy space, movies/books/comics (horror, sci-fi and fantasy), table top role-playing games and military history.
